Scaleable event IT solutions

Since 2017, SUT has been integrated within ServiceNow IT and Marketing Events and has successfully partnered with Sands Venetian to execute a flawless wireless experience. This deployment consisted of the temporary installation of 650+ wireless access points installed on theatrical truss with highly directional antennas, directional arrays on stands in meeting room space, and isolated Omni-directional wireless access points where necessary.

This year, K22 brought its own set of challenges. Despite a reduced number of attendees, the expectation for network usage and reliability increased. User experiences across multiple groups (pre-conference training labs, demos, IoT, executive environments, staff/production wireless) demanded a viable and scalable solution to support their hybrid event initiatives.

A large remote audience made K22 one of largest ServiceNow attended events in recent history. SUT currently manages a portfolio of events for ServiceNow year-round, including Sales Kick-Off and Now At Work global events.
